Lemon Dill Sauce

This is a cold, yogurt-based sauce. I love dipping raw or roasted veggies in it, dolloping it over a chicken and veggie bowl, or in a whole wheat tortilla chicken wrap. The latter probably being my favorite!  It's a simple, two minute sauce that can pack some flavor and add texture to you meal.

If you will be subscribed to A. Wellness Note for the month of January, then you'll see how we will be using this sauce in "Prep it Don't Sweat it".

In a small bowl, combine:

1/4 cup plain greek yogurt

Juice of 1/2 lemon

1/2-1 tsp dill weed

Optional: add 1/4 tsp minced garlic

Stir until well combined, taste, and adjust lemon juice + dill weed to taste! Store in an air tight container in the fridge and use as needed.
