This is a cold, yogurt-based sauce. I love dipping raw or roasted veggies in it, dolloping it over a chicken and veggie bowl, or in a whole wheat tortilla chicken wrap. The latter probably being my favorite! It's a simple, two minute sauce that can pack some flavor and add texture to you meal.

In a small bowl, combine:
1/4 cup plain greek yogurt
Juice of 1/2 lemon
1/2-1 tsp dill weed
Optional: add 1/4 tsp minced garlic
Stir until well combined, taste, and adjust lemon juice + dill weed to taste! Store in an air tight container in the fridge and use as needed.
