Using the right spices can completely transform a dish! That's why you'll find me using them on Instagram and for food prep on A. Wellness Note. I use a lot of the same spices, so instead of taking up room in the shopping list section of A. Wellness Note, I'm posting a list here of spices that I'll use consistently. If you have these in your pantry, you'll be good to go! If I use a "new" spice, I'll list it on the shopping list specifically.
