Spring Shrimp Stir Fry

EASY SHRIMP STIR FRY 
1 bag frozen shrimp, peeled + deveined
1 small container grape tomatoes, sliced lengthwise
1 bundle asparagus 
1 tsp minced garlic 
1/2 cup Coconut aminos 
Avocado oil 
Optional: serve over rice or cauliflower rice 
Defrost shrimp and remove tails. Cut ends off asparagus and discard. Cut remaining asparagus stalks into 1-2 inch pieces.  In a saucepan, heat a small amount of avocado oil.  Add in shrimp and asparagus and cook until shrimp is translucent and asparagus tender.  Add in 1 tsp minced garlic, stir around, and cook until fragrant.  Pour in 1/2 cup coconut aminos and the sliced grape tomatoes.  Toss until all warmed through and flavors combined.
