BREAKFAST QUESADILLAS 2 Mission Protein Tortillas (I also love Jospeh Lavash Wraps) 3 Happy Eggs, whisked 1/2 green bell pepper, diced 3 pieces canadian bacon, chopped 1/4 cup mozzarella cheese (or any kind. FUDGEY ALMOND BUTTER ENERGY BALLS 1/4 cup oats 1 scoop unflavored protein powder (optional) 1/2 cup almond butter 1 tbsp chia seeds 2 tbsp cacao/cocoa powder 4 dates, pitted + soaked  Pit dates and allow them to soak in water for 5-10 minutes.  Place first two ingredients in a food processor first until fine.  Add remaining ingredients.
