Two Energy Ball Recipes

FUDGEY ALMOND BUTTER ENERGY BALLS

1/4 cup oats

1 scoop unflavored protein powder (optional)

1/2 cup almond butter

1 tbsp chia seeds

2 tbsp cacao/cocoa powder

4 dates, pitted + soaked 

Pit dates and allow them to soak in water for 5-10 minutes.  Place first two ingredients in a food processor first until fine.  Add remaining ingredients. Roll into balls + refrigerate.  Makes 13 balls. 

VANILLA COCONUT ENERGY BALLS

1/4 cup almond flour

1 scoop unflavored protein powder (optional)

1/2 cup tahini 

3 Tbsp Raw Honey 

1/2 cup shredded unsweetened coconut 

Combine first 4 ingredients in a food processor.  Roll into balls + roll in shredded coconut. Refrigerate. Makes 12 balls.
