My goal in providing you a mini meal plan for the summer season is to equip you with easy, realistic food options while allowing you to still navigate and enjoy life. By giving you a small library of simple, delicious options, my hope is that you will not feel overwhelmed and start to see that nourishing your body doesn’t have to be complicated and can be enjoyable.
All recipes either are or have the option of being gluten-free and dairy free. I keep all ingredients seasonal to bring variety and a budget friendly approach.
